Patient Catch is based in Sunland-Tujunga, serving independent dental practices across the LA foothills — La Crescenta, La Cañada Flintridge, Montrose, Burbank, Glendale, Pacoima, Shadow Hills, and Lake View Terrace.

We do one thing: answer the calls your front desk can't reach, so your office stops losing patients to missed phone calls. We don't sell insurance verification, treatment plan automation, marketing campaigns, or dashboard software. We answer phones, book appointments, and text patients back. That's it.

Our approach is intentionally local-first. If a practice in our service area would benefit from an in-person visit during the pilot, we can do that. Most setup and ongoing operations happen remotely.
